Nino Zambakhidze is a Georgian professional with significant experience across public, private, and non-governmental sectors. She has been the founder and chairwoman of the Georgian Farmers' Association since 2012, working to advance agricultural development and advocacy in Georgia. Zambakhidze also founded and serves as the CEO of Unity Apolitical Academy, a non-governmental organization active in the CAMCA region and Lebanon.

Career and Leadership Roles

Since 2021, Zambakhidze has been the Chairperson for Agritourism and Farming in the G100 Global Women Leaders, an international leadership group, and is also a member of the G100 President’s Advisory Council. Throughout her career, she has held numerous advisory, supervisory, and board roles in governmental, non-governmental, and private organizations.

Education

Zambakhidze holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Tbilisi Technical University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Grenoble School of Business Management in France. She also earned a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from Cambridge International College.

Professional Development

Zambakhidze has participated in several prominent international programs, including Stanford University’s Leadership Development Academy’s program on "Public Policy in Private Sector Development" and the Swedish Management Institute's "Sustainable Business Development" program. She is also an alumna of the Rumsfeld Foundation and Central Asia-Caucasus Institute’s "Silk Road Sciences" program and completed the "Transformational Leadership Competition" program at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.

Awards and Recognition

Zambakhidze was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2017 and received the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award from the Grenoble School of Economics in 2018. She was awarded the "Mercury 2011" Woman Entrepreneur of the Year title at the National Business Awards. Additionally, she was the first woman in the region to be named Honorary Coordinator of the “Invest in the Future” initiative, under the patronage of Hillary Clinton.

Honorary Degree

In recognition of her achievements in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and leadership, Zambakhidze was awarded an honorary degree by Rai Technology University in Bangalore.
