Nina Radovanovic (born 22 October 2003) is a French tennis player. She has a career high singles ranking of 486 achieved on 19 June 2023.[1][2]
Early life
[edit]From Belfort, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in Northeastern France, Radovanovic has Serbian heritage. She plays for Beaucourt Tennis Club in her hometown. She started playing tennis aged three years-old. She trained as a teenager in Montbéliard.[3]
Career
[edit]Given a wildcard into qualifying for the Lyon WTA 250 event in January 2022, Radovanovic faced Lesley Pattinama Kerkhove and lost credibly 7–5 7–5.[4] In February 2023 she won her first ITF title, in Monastir defeating Chiraz Bechri in the final.[5] Five weeks later, in March 2023 she won her second title, in Monastir defeating Kylie Mckenzie in the final.[6] In April 2023 she won her third in as many months, again in Monastir beating Jenna Defalco in the final.[7]
In May 2023, Radovanovic was given a wildcard into the qualifying for the 2023 French Open.[8] She beat Loïs Boisson in the first round,[9] before losing narrowly 7–5 7–6 to Viktória Hrunčáková.[10]
