1989 - 2010

NCH first operated as a company named Corporate Service Center (CSC) Inc[1]. in 1989. Located in Reno, Nevada, CSC offers legal assistance, bookkeeping, tax consulting, and business credit services to small businesses.

Author and entrepreneur Cort W. Christie established NCH in its current form in 1992. He started the company in Las Vegas, opening its first office building to house its first call center. NCH became an accredited business on September 5, 1997, and started operating locally on September 23, 2002.

CSC and NCH originally helped California-based business owners form corporations to eliminate taxes by showing them how to use legal cross-border transactions to avoid or minimize California income tax and make their businesses more competitive in the global economy. NCH advertised itself across the United States and internationally in The Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, Investor Business Daily, Entrepreneur Magazine, and other large publications.

In 2000, NCH started partnering with real estate education seminar companies and day trading seminar companies to expand their client base and provide entrepreneurs with everything they needed to run a successful business.

In 2004, NCH and CSC merged their organizations into a parent company called Superior Capital Corporation. SCC is a holding company that owns NCH, CSC, and other businesses. It sought to provide a greater reach to clients in Northern and Southern California.

Following these endeavors, NCH recorded 30% growth year on year in 2007. This milestone helped the firm strengthen its services to ensure resilience throughout another economic crisis.

In 2009, NCH partnered with real estate investing education and business development company FortuneBuilders. The San Diego, California-based firm offers coaching, resources, and tools to aspiring real estate business owners. This partnership allowed NCH to reach thousands of new and seasoned real estate investors.
