Molly Mae Grubb-Mora (born August 22, 1983) is an American wealth manager, entrepreneur, speaker, and author. She is the founder of Dynasty Family Office.[1]
Education
[edit]Molly attended Madison Elementary and Licking Valley High School. She completed her college education at Ohio State. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Ohio State University. She has passed the Series 63 & 7 examinations and is registered to provide investment advice in Ohio.[2] She is one of only 200 Certified Business Exit Consultants and less than seven percent of advisors that utilize all the fundamentals of wealth management.[3]
Career

[edit]In 2012, Molly founded Grubb Wealth/Grubb Financial Services, a CFO firm helping business owners and investors become more successful. It was established allowing them to protect their wealth and create a company transferable to the next generation on their terms.
In 2024, Grubb Financial Services was rebranded to Dynasty Family Office.[4]
Molly has previously worked at National City Bank, Key Investment Services, and Aon Consulting.
Author
[edit]Author of Build Your Dynasty: Free Up the Resources in Your Business to Serve You. This book chronicles her family’s story, which resulted in the launch of her firm.
Speaker
[edit]In September 2019, she gave a TEDx Talk on Dynastic Thinking: The Morality of Generational Wealth.[5] In November 2023, she spoke on Though-Leader Talks on A Powerful Tool to Live Your Fairy Tale Life.[6]
