Moise Lena Jean Louis, Tinana is a Haitian-American activist, Writer of Art and Culture on MagHaiti. In 2021, Jean Louis won a competition with Haiti International Pageant located in Arkansas and led by a civil engineer and public figure. Hermanie Pierre and crowned as Miss Haiti International 2021. In May 10, Jean Louis was born in Petit-Trou de Nippes, a commune of Anse-á-Veau. Jean Louis platform through the pageant focused on Physiological Well-being of school children in Haiti. Jean Louis' father whose name is Pierre-Marie Jean-Louis was a teacher, and mother whose name is Elza Leriche Jean-Louis was also a teacher.

Jean Louis is currently living in the United States.

Moise Lena Jean Louis, Tinana obtained a Business Administration as an Associate in Science at King-borough Community College, in the class of August 2019. In May 2024, Jean Louis graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Arts Administration from Wagner College.

In Spring 2024, Moise Lena Jean Louis, Tinana successfully completed the Wagner College Arts Administration credits internship at Community Media of Staten Island.

Jean Louis has starred in the play titled "Rise-Up". The play “Rising Up: by Wagner College Holocaust Center, portrayed "Six Holocaust Heroes” was performed, which traces the childhood relationships, growing challenges of the Nazi era, and the courage and resilience of six survivors who lived on Staten Island. The musical is directed by Mickey Tennenbaum, assistant professor of theater at Wagner College, who is a child of survivors. The Wagner College Holocaust Center led by Dr. Lori Weintrob as Center Director.
