Miss Universe Mandalay (မယ်စကြဝဠာ မန္တလေး) competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the City of Mandalay in the Miss Universe Myanmar pageant. It is directed by Nang Mway Phoung Loong, 3rd runner-up of Miss Universe Myanmar 2018.

The current titleholder is Shar Hnin Si who was crowned on April, 2 2024 at Thazin Grand Ballroom, Mingalar Mandalay Hotel, Mandalay. She represented Mandalay at Miss Universe Myanmar 2024, where she reached the top 20.
