Garayeva Minira Gulmammad (April 14, 1937, Gutgashen – January 23, 2022) — professor, founder and president of the Azerbaijan "Khosh Niyat" Charitable Public Union and vice-chairman for foreign relations of the Azerbaijan Women's Society, Honorary for Azerbaijan of the World Constitutional and Parliamentary Association (WCPA) is the vice-president.[1]
