"Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from Season 3. Brief summary: Although he is a man, Barnacle Boy is being treated too much like a boy. Tired of it, he becomes a villain. It's up to Mermaid Man to get him back to his old self, so he recruits SpongeBob, Squidward, Patrick, and Sandy to help him.
