Mario Max Yzaguirre (born DOB) was a chairman of the Public Utility Commission of Texas from 2001 to 2002.

Born in Brownsville, Texas.[1]

"He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. He received a law degree in 1986 from the UT School of Law".[1]

In 1994, he was chosen to serve on the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation Board of Directors.[1]

Yzaguirre was president of Enron de Mexico.[2].

On June 14, 2001, Governor Rick Perry appointed Yzaguirre to the Public Utility Commission of Texas.[2]
