Mateo Villagómez (born 30 July 2002) is an Ecuadorian racing driver. Having started his career by competing in multiple endurance events around South America, Villagómez moved over to Europe in 2022 to compete in the French F4 Championship.[1][2] He switched to GT4 machinery the following year, where he finished third in the French GT4 Cup alongside Victor Weyrich.[3] The following year, the pair secured the Silver Cup title with a round to spare.[4] With this triumph, Villagómez became the first person from Ecuador to win a European racing title.[5]
Villagómez currently races in both the French GT4 Cup and the GT4 European Series.[6][7]
