Marcel Dirsus is a political scientist.

He studied at University of Oxford. His work appeared in Lawfare,[1] The Hundred newsletter, Foreign Affaris,[2] Foreign Policy,[3] Fortune,[4] and Politico. [5] He is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Institute for Security Policy at Kiel University.[6]
