Macedonia is a residential district of Glenrothes, Scotland. It lies just south of the river leven and a mile west of the Glenrothes town centre. Its street names are inspired by towns, villiages and burghs in southern scotland (Roxburgh, Ancrum, Ayton, Moffat etc.), while Macedonia itself was named after a farmstead which once stood south of the area.
Southwood Primary School lays in the centre of the district.
