Submission declined on 15 March 2024 by Guessitsavis (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Luna Twist
[edit]Luna Twist was a Belgian new-wave band formed in 1981. They had brief success in Belgium with their single, African Time, but did not reach any commercial success.
In 1982, they released their first album, A Different Smell From The Same Perfume. They also released a single in the same year, African TIme, but did not achieve any success in the charts.
In 1983, the band split due to internal differences. A best of collection, "The Original Recordings", was released in 1998 under Mercury records.[1]
In 2009, Backbeat was released by Luna Twist; the next year, Madame Soleil[2] and Gently the Day[3] were also released.
