Lukeny Moço, born 18 in Luanda (Angola), is a singer, songwriter and Angolan Musician. He was named "the new face" of kizomba, he is the son of Lázaro Moço and Rosa Mateus Simão.[1]
In 2019, Lukeny won the award for best artist in the musical style Kizomba, the Angolan musical genre, during the Angola music awards event, an event that elevates different style makers, where the best of this style are recognized and takes place annially.[2]
In 2020, the singer celebrated 10 years of career, with a concert attended by more than people and which served to record the singer's first DVD, live, in the country.[3]
Lukeny, also known as Lurhany[4], won the gold record in the fmafro radio competition,[5] thus competing with big names in Angolan music[6].[7]
In January 2024, the singer released an EP consisting of 5 songs titled (Lurhany chora)[8]
