Lucy Bedroque (born 2005/2006 in New York), formerly known as lostrushi, is a rapper and producer based in Los Angeles. His music and aesthetic has been affiliated with the online rap scene Sigilkore.^[1]

Career

Until late 2020 Bedroque was making lofi hip hop beats. He was inspired by fellow digicore musicians Quinn and twikipedia to start using his voice in recordings. In this time he joined numerous online artist collectives like Nocturnals and Greed.

In July 2023 Bedroque released his debut album Sisterhood (stylized in all uppercase). Among the artists sampled in the project are Linkin Park and Dir En Grey.

While making its follow-up, 2024's Svelte Child (also stylized in all uppercase), he described his ambition as mixing Sisterhoods sound with shoegaze, math rock, metal and happy hardcore.^[1]

Personal Life

At the age of 9 Bedroque moved from New York to Los Angeles.^[1]
