Let Them Breathe: City on the Ocean is an independent drama film released in 2024 by Atlas Distributions[1]. Directed by Candice Rogers, the film explores the life of a young boy named Jesse Chen who has lost his family to a zombie apocalypse that took place while he was at school[2].
