Leon Cabanes (April 26th, 1900- June 21, 1971) Born April 26th, 1900 in Fayet, Aveyron, Occitanie (France) [1]. He painted later in life, with an exhibition in the Cardo Matignon Gallery in Paris, France, in November, 1964. His works were primarily oil on canvas, but some other mediums are known to exist. His works are sometimes mis-attributed to Louis Cabanes.
