Laura Gassner Otting (born XXX in XXX) is an author who created national exposure to the disease known as pityriasis rubra pilaris and wrote a books on the subject called “Wonderhell: Why Success Doesn’t Feel Like It Should… and What to Do About It,” “Limitless: How to Ignore Everybody, Carve Your Own Path, and Live Your Best Life,” and “Mission-Drive: Moving from Profit to Purpose,” put her own experience during her years-long discovery of what was making her sick.[1][2][3]
She is also a Presidential Appointee by the Bill Clinton White House, as well the founder of a Montessori school, a women’s philanthropic initiative, a women’s PAC, and a citizen-leadership development program.[4]
She is also known for national media exposure for developing a system for renegotiating relationships between parents and adult children and how to avoid boomerang kids coming home after college.[5][6]
