La Oficina is an upcoming Mexican mockumentary sitcom television series based on the British series The Office. Gary Alazraki serves as the director and executive producer, alongside Marcos Bucay as the showrunner.

The upcoming series is co-produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Máquina Vega. It marks as the fourteenth overall adaptation and the second Spanish-language of The Office, after the Chilean iteration.

Variety first reported that a Mexican adaptation of the British mockumentary series The Office was set to be in development on 23 October 2024.[1] This upcoming series will be the fourteenth adaptation in the franchise, and the second Spanish-language series. It is co-produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Máquina Vega.[2] Mexican screenwriter Gary Alazraki serves as the director and executive producer, with Marcos Bucay as the showrunner of the series.[3] The slated premise of the series is set in Aguascalientes where the regional manager for Jabones Olimpo, isn't cut out to oversee the personal care company.[4]
