Kamol Pansritum (MD) is a Thai surgeon specializing in gender affirming surgery (GRS and FFS). Born on November 11, 1959, in Nong Khai, Thailand.
Kamol Pansritum earned his medical degree from Khonkaen University of Medicine before completing his training in general surgery at Chulalongkorn University Medical School in Bangkok, (full Registration license no. 13427). He spent nine years practicing at Royal Thai Army hospital (Ananda Mahidol), Since 1987 he developed advanced techniques and successfully performing complex procedures. Kamol Pansritum founded the Kamol Hospital, where since 1999 he performs thousands of gender reassignment surgeries and other related procedures.
Kamol Pansritum is member of several councils and international associations. He has published numerous articles in reputable medical journals and, has presented at international conferences on plastic and reconstructive surgery. As an educator, he also trains the next generation of surgeons specializing in this field. His techno medical approaches above are applied internationally by many fellow surgeons.
