Jared Halphin is a dedicated college professor, seasoned real estate investor, and author, who has spent years helping others understand the fundamentals of real estate investing and effective business practices. Drawing from his own experiences and challenges in the real estate world, Jared authored How to Buy Your First Residential Rental Property, a book tailored for beginners in real estate investing. The book demystifies the initial steps of property investment, offering clear guidance for those looking to enter the market with confidence.
Outside the classroom and his real estate ventures, Jared is an outdoor enthusiast, with hobbies including hiking, camping, and snowboarding. He also enjoys attending concerts and discovering new eateries, embodying a well-rounded approach to life that he brings to both his work and personal pursuits. Jared currently resides in Fresno, California, commuting to Lompoc each semester to teach a hybrid night course, demonstrating his commitment to reaching students wherever they are.
