Jared Halphin is a dedicated college professor, seasoned real estate investor, and author, who has spent years helping others understand the fundamentals of real estate investing and effective business practices. Outside the classroom and his real estate ventures, Jared is an outdoor enthusiast, with hobbies including hiking, camping, and snowboarding. Jared currently resides in Fresno, California, commuting to Lompoc each semester to teach a hybrid night course, demonstrating his commitment to reaching students wherever they are.
