Insolation Energy (abbreviated as INA) is an Indian solar energy company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

History

INA was founded in 2015 by Manish Gupta and Vikas Jain. INA is the manufacturer of high-efficiency solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The company is listed on the BSE SME platform.

Manufacturing

Insolation Energy claims to provide clean and green electricity at an affordable price. The company's mission is to harness the power of the sun to electrify homes and businesses across India. INA's product portfolio includes Poly and Mono Crystalline Solar PV Modules, Half Cut, Dual glass (Glass to Glass), BIPV, Poly, Monofacial/Bifacial, and TOPCon modules.

INA operates an automatic, solar panel manufacturing unit with area of 1.25 lakh square feet. The facility deploys the latest robotic machinery and produces modules ranging from 40Wp to 600Wp.

Projects

Insolation Energy has successfully connected over 500 MW of solar PV modules, contributing significantly to India's renewable energy landscape. Some notable projects include the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) rooftop installations and the Bhadla Solar Park.

Financial performance

As of December 2024, Insolation Energy Ltd. reported a half-year profit surge of 307.65% to ₹961.27 crore, with revenue exceeding ₹600 crore. The company achieved a record-breaking ₹402 crore through the preferential allotment of equity shares.
