The Indian Overseas Congress (IOC) is the overseas wing of the Indian National Congress (INC or Congress). The AICC Secretary In-Charge is Dr. Arathi Krishna and the Secretary is Virendra Vashist.[1] Sam Pitroda served as its chairperson till his resignation in May 2024.[2][3]
