Draft:Imperial Colored Minstrels

The Imperial Colored Minstrels were touring blackface minstrel performers in the United States. It was organized by Pat Chappelle, an African-American theater operator and entertainer, in November 1898, and toured the Southern United States for several months. Fred Sulis was the pianist for the group.[1]
The group included Arthur "Happy" Howe.
