Submission declined on 5 August 2024 by Nearlyevil665 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Dontai Anthony Ethridge[1] (born September 2, 1992) is an American Twitch streamer and musician.
Under the name "ImDontai", Ethridge started uploading to YouTube in April 2015.[2] His first video was a review of the movie Fifty Shades of Grey. He has another channel created before "ImDontai" called "ImDontai Gaming", which was made in 2009, but his first video wasn't uploaded until December 2016. He also streams on Twitch, and since 2018 has uploaded his twitch streams onto his second YouTube channel, "ImStillDontai".[3][4] As of August 2024, both YouTube channels have just under 3 million subscribers
He was mentioned in the song "King's Dead" by Joey Badass and XXXTentacion.[5] In 2019, he was a featured artist on the song "YouTube Cypher, Vol. 2".[6]
In June 2023, Ethridge participated in the 5-week State Farm Gamerhood Challenge charity event along with content creators such as Ninja, Jessica Blevins, Ludwig Ahgren, Typical Gamer, Krystalogy, Berleezy, and BlackKrystel.[7] Ethridge was partnered up with Berleezy in this event, and donated their profits to Junior Achievement, an organization he stated helped him out with financial problems as well.[8][9]
Dontai was nominated for a Streamy Award in the 2nd annual Streamer Awards in 2023, for "The Best Variety Streamer" category, but lost the award to xQc.[10]
Ethridge lives in Virginia with his wife Danielle, who he married in 2020.[11] Their first son was born in 2023.[11]
