Ian Montone is an American music executive and talent manager, and is the founder and CEO of Monotone Inc., a talent management firm based in Los Angeles, California.[1] He is a co-founder of LBI Entertainment.[2]
Montone graduated from Occidental College in 1989, and subsequently attended Vermont Law School, obtaining his JD in 1995.[3] Prior to starting Monotone Inc, Montone was a partner at the law firm of Davis, Shapiro, Lewit, Montone & Hayes, LLP, and focused on entertainment and music clients.
