Hossein Kadkhodaei Elyaderani (1936–2011) was an Iranian serial entrepreneur and a trailblazer in the commercial kitchen industry. He was the first in Isfahan, Iran to design, manufacture, and promote modern rotisserie-style grills, including those for chicken and kebabs, particularly the Turkish-style kebab grill, in the 1970s. His innovations elevated Iran’s grilling culture and transformed the dining experience across the country, moving from traditional coal-based grills to electric-powered rotisseries and kebab grills.
In addition to his achievements in Iran, Kadkhodaei expanded his entrepreneurial vision to Kuwait the 1960s, where he established a welding industry that introduced innovative solutions to the woodworking sector in Kuwait City. His contributions not only advanced the local industry but also exemplified his forward-thinking approach and commitment to elevating standards in both Iran and Kuwait.
