Herbert Maynadier St. Clair was a wealthy businessman and city councilor in Cambridge, Maryland. He was African American.[1] A Republican, he was an alternate delegate to the 1912 and 1920 Republican National Conventions.[2] He served on the Cambridge City Council from 1894 until 1946.[3]
