Dr. Harold N. Fisk was a geologist and cartographer. He is best known for the maps he created showing the Mississippi River Meander Belt, as part of his report titled Geological Investigation of the Alluvial Valley of the Lower Mississippi River, for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
