Hafiz Rashid Ahmed Choudhury is an Indian politician and lawyer.[2][3][4] He contested the 2024 Loksabha election on congress ticket from Karimganj,[5][6] where he lost to BJP's Kripanath Mallah by 18,360 votes.[7]

Choudhury later moved to the Gauhati High Court, seeking justice and claiming that irregularities occurred during the vote counting process.[8] In response, the Gauhati High Court issued summons to Kripanath Mallah.[9][7]
