Här är ditt kylskåp (Here is your fridge) is a cooking show that aired on Swedish national television SVT and premiered in 1992. Season/series 5 was broadcast on TV8. The concept is based around a presenter and a chef visiting famous Swedes, chatting with them and making a three-course meal from what they have available in their fridge. Carolina Norén presented the first season, Maria Borelius the second, Anne Lundberg the third and fourth, and Pia Johansson the fifth. Jan Boris-Möller was the chef for seasons one and two, and Erik Fröderberg for seasons three, four and five. A new season for 2024 has been announced by Kanal 5 and streaming service Max, with Tareq Taylor as presenter and chef.[1]
The program title is a reference to the entertainment show Här är ditt liv, first aired in 1980.
