Gino Caccavale (born August 23, 1965) is an IFBB Pro athlete.
Early Life
[edit]Gino Caccavale grew up in Orange, Connecticut.
Career
[edit]Caccavale career spans across Law Enforcement, Health and Wellness and Public Speaking.
Law Enforcement
[edit]Caccavale was a Correction Officer and Community Enforcement Officier for the state of Connecticut from 1993 - 2003. During those years, Caccavale also served as a Squad Leader for the Correctional Emergency Response Team. He also spent his early mornings as a Drill Instructor for the Connecticut Police Academy.
Health and Wellness
[edit]Gino Caccavale has worked as a Personal Trainer from 1989 - 2018. In 2010 Caccavale began working as a technical consultant for Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine, writing content for the publication such as workout instructions and articles.
In 2014, Caccavale created the Rezist Workout.
