Gambit Brewing Company is a microbrewery located in the Lowertown Historic District of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
About
[edit]The brewery opened in the historic Pioneer Endicott Building in January 2023.[1] It was founded by Josh Secaur and Mike Christenson. Secaur and Christenson had previously owned Bobtown Brewing in Roberts, WI. Their beer is brewed on-site using a 5-barrel brewing system, equipped with eight fermenters and three bright tanks.[2]
Awards
[edit]The brewery has received awards for their Zizou French Farmhouse Ale, as well as their Backwoods Lullaby Kentucky Common.[3]
