Draft:Frederik Lund
Submission declined on 16 September 2024 by Reconrabbit (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Career
[edit]Lower formulae
[edit]2021
[edit]In September 2021 Lund made his car racing debut at Ring Djursland with Team FormulaSport in the F4 Danish Championship.[2] Following a disappointing weekend in which he only scored four points in the final race, the Dane finished second in Race 1 of the following round, moving him 14th in the overall standings by season's end.
2022
[edit]Having taken part in a testing programme in November, Lund signed with R-ace GP to compete in the Italian F4 Championship for the 2022 season alongside Marcos Flack.[1][2][3] At the first round at Imola a rainshower affected the qualifying session, which Lund was able to take advantage of by scoring a pole position for the second race.[4] Lund however did not manage to score any points throughout the season.
In 2022 Lund also joined Jay Howard Driver Development to compete in the St. Petersburg and Toronto rounds of the USF2000 Championship.[5]
2023
[edit]At the start of the 2023 season Lund joined US Racing in the Formula Winter Series, where he finished third overall.[6] He then joined AKM Motorsport in the Italian F4 Championship and Van Amersfoort Racing in the Euro 4 Championship.
