Frédéric Thomas (born 1928) is a political scientist, researcher and United Nations official. He has served in the UN's development program on Haiti.

He graduated from Harvard.[1]

He had been a research fellow at the [[Centre tricontinental (Cetri) in Belgium.

He has been critical of U.S. policies toward Haiti.[2][3]
