Formed after the September 2010 Canterbury earthquake. Co-ordinated by Federated Farmers. Headquartered at the Canterbury Agricultural Park. Equipment they supplied were mini-diggers, trailers and loaders. Also meat and wool as part of a "meat the needs of Christchurch" campaign. At time of book written, they estimated that 4000 farmers had volunteered, to remove 70,000 cubic metres of silt.[10]
