factoHR is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) developed by Version Systems Private Limited, a bootstrapped HR SaaS product company co-founded by CEO Aniruddh Nagodra.[1][2]

The company's headquarter is located at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and its registered office is at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.[2]

Version Systems has partnered with Microsoft and SAP to offer factoHR on their respective platforms - Microsoft Azure Marketplace and SAP Marketplace to achieve co-sell-ready status.[4][5][6]
