If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. Declined by Xoak 6 months ago. |

- Comment: Youtube and iMDB are not reliable sources and should not be used as references. Utopes (talk / cont) 16:38, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: No citations of significant coverage (more than a brief single mention of his name) in reliable, independent, secondary sources (several of the references provided do not mention Celestini at all). Does not meet minimum WP:GNG or WP:CREATIVE notability requirements. Paul W (talk) 16:13, 2 April 2024 (UTC)

About
[edit]Born in Milan, Celestini attended the Ennio Quirino Visconti Liceo Ginnasio before leaving to study architecture at the Sapienza University of Rome.
He moved to New York City in 1982, where he worked for three seasons as artistic director for Elsa Martinelli's prêt-à-porter collections on Seventh Avenue.[1] After a brief experience as an advertiser in the fashion industry, he moved to Los Angeles where he worked on TV movie productions for Showtime and Paramount. He then returned to Italy to work as an executive at Racing Pictures[2].Celestini managed various television productions, co-produced with both RAI[3] and Mediaset.
By the mid 1990s, Celestini's work reached Giuseppe Pittau, the rector of the Pontifical Gregorian University, who entrusted him with the task of creating the Office for Public Relations and the University magazine,[4] in collaboration with the Gregorian Foundation from New York.[5]
From 1996 to 1998, he volunteered at the Vatican Jubilee Committee. There he met Richard Leach, a producer at PBS, with whom he created Francesco Il Musical performed at the newly formed Lyrick Theatre in Assisi.[6] Celestini oversaw the design and construction of the space and it was opened in May 2000.[7]
