Enterprise Security Architecture or ESA refers to the comprehensive framework[1], security principles, and practices that an organization strategizes, plans, and implements in its overall enterprise architecture[2]. It is a holistic approach to security that considers the entire enterprise, including its business objectives[3], IT infrastructure, software systems, processes, and personnel.
