The Empire Packard was never meant to be a thing and it was never an actual thing. at least in perspective as then per Packard originally coming from the Normandy provinces and Scotland. A map was drawn out this sending out distress calls as this was mostly a empire that the packer family wanted to make this family was rich and good and wealthy people and loved the pack and they were always delighted. officially the Empire of Packard was meant to be a union with basically England, Scotland, and the Dutchie of Normandy. This union also supposed to include the Dutch. Of course, this never came to be as in history books. This was never officially unified.
But why you might be asking?
The reason was the Empire of Packard was a union with separate ethnicity unified together would not really work. and the package themselves weren’t even rich enough to finance this adventure as the Dutchie of Normandy and Scotland declined the offer as the Dutch Republic declined as we
