Elfly Group, or simply Elfly (/ɛl fliː/), is a Norwegian corporation headquartered in Bergen with hangar and office facilities at TORP International Airport. Elfly Group is known for their development of the Noemi, a fully electric "flying boat" style seaplane.
History
[edit]Norwegian investor, entrepreneur and pilot Eric Lithun founded the company in 2018, alongside Norwegian angel investor Eirik Sandal.
Elfly Group has received more than $10M in soft funding from the Norwegian government.[1] They have publicly announced a deal with Nordic Seaplanes, a Danish aircraft operator, for the deployment of 15 Noemi seaplanes.[2]
