Eidson v. South Carolina Department of Education, Appellate case no. 2023-001673, was a landmark decision of the South Carolina Supreme Court, in which the court declared that the Education Scholarship Trust Fund Act of South Carolina, the state law that allow the private institutions to directly use the public fund was unconstitutional.
