Egypt MLS is an Egyptian multiple listing service digital platform aimed to enhance the real estate market in Egypt.[1] the platform centralizes all real estate transactions and data in the country, making it easier for developers and brokers to manage and promote their properties.[2][3]

It is designed to bring the Egyptian real estate market in line with global standards, facilitating property exports and enhancing transparency.[6] The platform is expected to reduce marketing costs, streamlining transactions, and providing detailed data for developers and marketers.[7]
