Ecobio Medical Institute was founded in 2013 by Chairman Koo Tae-kyu. The company focuses on the research and development of natural cosmetics and ingredients. It produces scalp and hair loss-related products using natural extracts and collaborates with the International Head Spa Association (IHSA) and Head Spa K.

2019: Signed a business partnership with Kyrgyzstan at the 2019 ICS and European Economic Conference; invited to lecture at Shanghai University in China
2020: Received KAN Halal certification
2021: Signed industry-academia cooperation agreements (Woosong University, Konyang Cyber University, Daejeon Health Sciences College); MOU for exchange with Hannam University’s key research institute; opened Head Spa K franchise branches (Sejong Saerom branch, Geochang branch, Jinju Chojun branch)
