Duckionary (also: Parliamentary Monarchy of Duckionary) is a micronation composed of eight Crown Lands in Europe.[1][2] Duckionary was founded on 24 August 2018. August 2018 by Arthur de Tourneau and the main territory and capital of the micronation is half a square kilometre of Terra Nullius on the Croatian-Serbian border[3][4][5][6]. De Tourneau describes himself as Archduke of the micronation.[7][8] The main office of Duckionary is located in Sankt Florian am Inn in Upper Austria, where the micronation is also registered as the association ‘Duckological Society’. The capital Panagua in the Balkan is undeveloped and is to become a modern free private city in the coming years.[9] The self-proclaimed goals of the micronation are to build a civic community, organise cultural events, build a city-state in the Balkans and engage with the world in a humorous way.[10][11]

Since 2022, Duckionary has organised the annual Micro Euro Summit together with the micronation Obscurium, which is a European congress for micronations.[12][13][14][15] For his micronational efforts, Arthur de Tourneau was honoured with the ‘Golden Flamingo Award’ in the ‘Most Promising Micronation’ category at the 2024 Princely Ball in Aigues-Mortes[16][17] Duckionary maintains diplomatic relations with Slowjamastan, Seborga, Molossia, Ladonia[18] and Užupis.
