Vinahouse (short for Vietnamese house) is an electronic dance music genre that originated in vietnam in the 2010s.
It is typically at around 140-150 beats per minute and incorporates traditional Vietnamese music in the tracks. It has influences of deep house and brazilian bass with big room riffs.[citation needed]
It first gained international prominence on KAIZ's remix of '2 phut hon' by Phao, and the genre has remained steadily popular with YouTube mixes of it reaching into the tens of millions.[citation needed]
