Draft:Diaspora-displaced
Submission declined on 19 November 2024 by Memer15151 (talk). Neologisms are not considered suitable for Wikipedia unless they receive substantial use and press coverage; this requires strong evidence in independent, reliable, published sources. Links to sites specifically intended to promote the neologism itself do not establish its notability.

Diaspora dī-ˈa-sp(ə-)rə displace (dis-ˈplās)
The term Diaspora displaced (compound adjective) refers to a person or a people who live outside of their homelands. It is more than a matter of moving somewhere. Often, it is used for those who are the children of parents who emigrate from their home countries (where they have ethnic roots).
Diaspora is derived from the Greek "to scatter about," and the term to displace speaks to the removal from a particular area.
