Devendra Kumar Singh is an IITian,^[1] a Right to Information (RTI) activist^[2] and, also a political activist.^[3] He is best known for his work in advocating transparency in governance through the use of the RTI Act and for his participation in the 2019 Assembly by-election from 212-Govind Nagar Assembly constituency in Uttar Pradesh.^[4]
