David L. Sims is an American-British writer and critic. Sims is a staff writer for The Atlantic and co-host of the film podcast Blank Check with Griffin & David.[1]
Sims worked at The Chief (formerly The Chief-Leader) as a politics reporter before moving to The A.V. Club where he reviewed television episodes for six years. Since 2014 Sims has worked as a film critic for The Atlantic.[2] In 2015 Sims co-created Griffin and David Present, a podcast with actor Griffin Newman, which became Blank Check with Griffin & David the next year.
