Submission declined on 26 April 2024 by Drmies (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. Declined by Drmies 6 months ago. |
- Comment: WP:COI is still unaddressed. Please do not resubmit without addressing. Biography section is also entirely unsourced. Greenman (talk) 16:06, 13 July 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: I don't see notability either per WP:GNG or per WP:NBAND. What the value of a TikTok chart is, who knows, but the coverage is minimal, and there clearly aren't two albums on a notable record label. Drmies (talk) 22:01, 26 April 2024 (UTC)

Biography
[edit]Dani was born in Manassas, Virginia and wrote her first song when she was 6. She grew up in Fairfax county until age 10 when her family relocated to Tokyo, Japan for her father’s job. They lived there until she entered high-school, and then returned to Virginia where Dani finished out her high school years at Chantilly High and went on to graduate and receive degrees in Music and English from Virginia Tech, despite her teachers failing her from her vocal performance major, she created her own degree called Musical Analysis and had it passed by the Dean at the school of Music. She now lives in Nashville, TN.

From 2009-2011 she hosted a tv show on PBS in Washington, DC called ‘Strictly Global.’ She founded and fronted a band from 2014 – 2022, and then decided to go solo using her own name Dani Rose. In December of 2023, her cover of Soundgarden’s ‘Burden In My Hand’ landed on Rolling Stone’s ‘Songs You Need To Know’ list.[4]
